FAQ
Do you Travel?
Yes, all events outside of Lee county will be subject to a travel fee.
Cancellation Policy?
Should the Client cancel the event within 60 days before the services are required, the Bartender will receive $100.00 cancellation fee and will keep the retainer.
Alcohol Policy?
K.O. Tipsy does not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol. The client must secure payment for all liquor that is needed and all permits required for the event. Alcohol will be served in accordance with Florida liquor laws and regulations. We will not serve alcohol to minors, we will require proof of age for all guests that do not appear to be of age at the discretion of K.O. Tipsy. The host of the event is responsible for all guests and their actions. K.O. Tipsy reserves the right to refuse service to any guests who seem to be overly intoxicated at the discretion of our staff. All alcohol purchased will be left with the host after the event.

What size liquor bottles should we purchase?
For quick and efficient service, we ask our clients to supply 750mL bottles or 1 Liter bottles, especially for larger parties. However, we will not refrain from serving 1.75L as we understand they can be more budget friendly.
